All packages are dependent on availability of flights, hotels, and third-party service providers. Travelers are responsible for valid travel documents, visas, and personal requirements before departure. The company acts as an intermediary and is not liable for delays, losses, or disruptions caused by airlines, hotels, or unforeseen circumstances. Booking confirmation and payment indicate acceptance of all stated terms and conditions.

NEXTRAVEL SOLUTIONS PVT LTD

1. Booking & Payment Policy

• A minimum deposit (as specified in the quotation) is required to confirm the booking.

• Full payment must be completed before travel commencement unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuation, taxes, or supplier charges.

2. Cancellation Policy

• All cancellations must be made in writing via email.

• Cancellation charges will apply as per airline, hotel, and ground operator policies.

• Service charges by NEXTRAVEL SOLUTIONS PVT LTD are non-refundable.

• No refund will be provided for no-show or unused services.

3. Amendments / Rescheduling

• Any amendment request is subject to availability and supplier approval.

• Amendment charges may apply in addition to price differences.

• Date changes are treated as cancellation and rebooking unless otherwise stated.

4. Travel Documents & Visa

• Guests are responsible for valid passports, visas, permits, and travel documents.

• Passport must have minimum 6 months validity from return date.

• NEXTRAVEL SOLUTIONS PVT LTD is not liable for visa rejection or delays.

• Any loss due to incorrect or incomplete documents is the traveler’s responsibility.

5. Check-In / Check-Out & Hotel Policy

• Standard hotel check-in: 14:00–15:00 hrs

• Check-out: 10:00–12:00 hrs

• Early check-in / late check-out subject to availability and extra charges.

• Room category is based on hotel confirmation.

6. Transportation & Itinerary

• Vehicle provided as per itinerary only (point-to-point basis unless mentioned).

• Driver duty hours and local transport rules apply.

• Sightseeing is subject to weather, road, and local authority conditions.

• Sequence of itinerary may change without affecting inclusions.

7. Force Majeure

NEXTRAVEL SOLUTIONS PVT LTD shall not be liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by:

• Natural disasters

• Weather conditions

• Political unrest

• Strikes

• Pandemic / government restrictions

• Flight cancellations

Any additional cost arising due to such situations shall be borne by the traveler.

8. Liability

• The company acts only as a booking agent for airlines, hotels, transporters, and other suppliers.

• We are not responsible for injury, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity caused by third-party services.

• Travelers are advised to purchase travel insurance.

9. Pricing & Taxes

• Package cost includes services mentioned in inclusions only.

• GST / taxes applicable as per government rules.

• Any increase in fuel, entrance fees, taxes, or supplier rates will be payable extra.

10. Conduct & Responsibilities

• Travelers must follow local laws and hotel/transport rules.

• Any damage caused by the traveler shall be payable directly.

• Misconduct may result in termination of services without refund.

11. Complaints & Claims

• Any issue must be reported immediately during travel.

• Claims after completion of travel may not be entertained.

• Written complaints must be submitted within 7 days of trip completion.

12. Acceptance of Terms

Payment of deposit or full amount confirms that the traveler has read, understood, and accepted all Terms & Conditions of NEXTRAVEL SOLUTIONS PVT LTD.
